REIG, LLC Advisors offers corporate notes at a favorable rate with annual returns between 9-12%. Our Group consistent earnings and high credit quality allows us to issue debt at high rates. We use the debt capital to purchase, renovate and rent out investment properties. Our credit quality is not diluted by utilizing corporate notes since we use the cash to make investments that create added safety for our investors and lenders.

REAL ESTATE FUND

The fund purchases properties at a significant discount, renovates and redevelops them and sells them for a profit. The fund serves a broad range of investors, non certified investors (individuals), including high net-worth individuals, endowments, family trusts, institutional investors, private equity firms and family offices.

 WHAT IS A REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST (REIT)?

In general, a REIT is an entity that:

  • Combines the capital of many investors to acquire or provide financing for real estate investments;
  • Allows individual investors to invest in a professionally managed, large-scale, diversified portfolio of real estate assets;
  • Pays distributions to investors of at least 90% of its annual REIT taxable income (computed without regard to the dividends-paid deduction and excluding net capital gain); and
  • Avoids the “double taxation” treatment of income that normally results from investments in a corporation because a REIT is not generally subject to federal corporate income taxes on that portion of its income distributed to its stockholders, provided certain income tax requirements are satisfied.

Note that under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, REITs are subject to numerous organizational and operational requirements.
